Crystal Wheeler

St. Pete’s Fun-Sized REALTOR |Big energy. Personal service. Your next move.

I’m Crystal Wheeler, a realtor with Inspired Nooks Realty serving St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. I bring big energy, honest conversations, and a personal approach to helping you buy or sell with confidence.

About Crystal

Buying or selling a home is personal. You deserve an agent who listens, answers your questions, and makes you feel comfortable speaking up. That’s the kind of relationship I want to build with every client.

I’m Crystal Wheeler, St. Pete’s Fun-Sized REALTOR with Inspired Nooks Realty. I bring a little sass, plenty of energy, and a serious commitment to helping you understand your options. My background in customer service and leadership taught me to pay attention to the details while keeping people at the center of what I do.

For buyers, one of my first questions is, “What monthly payment are you comfortable with?” Your home search should fit your everyday life and priorities. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for more space, or ready to downsize, I’ll help you ask the right questions and navigate each step.

For sellers, I take time to understand your goals and what makes your home special. From preparing for the market to discussing offers, my approach centers on thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and keeping you informed.

Outside of real estate, you’ll probably find me with an iced coffee, enjoying St. Pete, or finding a reason to dance. I believe you can take your clients’ goals seriously and still bring some personality to the process.
