Brokerage relationships in Florida

Under Florida law (Section 475.278, Florida Statutes), a real estate licensee is presumed to be working with you as a transaction broker unless a single agent or no brokerage relationship is established in writing. A transaction broker provides limited representation to a buyer, a seller, or both. We explain the relationship that applies to you and provide any required disclosure before or at the time it is required.

Homes from other brokerages are shown only with the listing brokerage's written permission and always name the listing brokerage. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Estimates shown on this website, including payments, taxes, insurance, rents, and cap rates, are our own rough estimates, not part of any listing data, and not an appraisal.
