Largo real estate · Pinellas County, Florida

Largo, considered.

Gardens, green space, and the heart of Pinellas.

Largo sits in central Pinellas County, between Clearwater and Seminole. It was incorporated in 1905 and has about 18.5 square miles of land, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Once known as the Citrus City, Largo in 1913 became the first town in Florida to adopt the town-manager form of government, according to the city.

Would it help to walk a few streets together before you choose? That's often where the right home reveals itself.

Largo, answered

How much are property taxes on a home in Largo?

It depends on the price and whether it will be your homestead. In Florida, a sale resets the assessed value, so the seller's bill is rarely what you will pay. Our affordability tool estimates the new owner's taxes for Largo the way the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's estimator does, with and without the homestead exemption. It is an estimate for planning, not a tax bill. Estimate yours.
