Seminole incorporated on November 15, 1970, the last Pinellas County municipality to do so.

What is there to do outdoors in Seminole?

Lake Seminole Park, a 258-acre county park, has a three-mile path along the lake. The Gulf beaches are a short drive west.

How much are property taxes on a home in Seminole?

It depends on the price and whether it will be your homestead. In Florida, a sale resets the assessed value, so the seller's bill is rarely what you will pay. Our affordability tool estimates the new owner's taxes for Seminole the way the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's estimator does, with and without the homestead exemption. It is an estimate for planning, not a tax bill. Estimate yours.
